Challenge
Businesses needed a mobile-first HR tool where employees could check in, raise leave requests, and route them through multi-step approval workflows — all in their preferred language and with no connectivity assumed.
Solution
Built a SwiftUI-first MVVM app with dynamic formula-driven request forms, biometric auth (Face ID / Touch ID), FCM push notifications, offline detection, and a custom in-app localization system — shipped through Fastlane to the App Store.
Result
Live on the App Store and used by real teams; 500+ PRs merged across a collaborative production codebase at Loma Technology.
